What Can It Clean?
POWER CLEAN LF-59 is formulated for precision cleaning of aluminium alloys including die-cast (ADC10, ADC12) and extruded 6000-series components. It removes oils, lubricants, coolants, maching oil, light oxides and contamination without etching or darkening the aluminium surface. Safe for aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, it supports mixed-metal cleaning in one bath.
Optimised for use in ultrasonic cleaners, spray engineers, tunnel systems and multistage immersion washers, LF-59 provides a reliable, high-throughput cleaning solution that helps you reduce rejects, improve finish quality and protect aluminium parts against white-rust in storage or transport.
How to Clean?
POWER CLEAN LF-59 is supplied as a liquid concentrate. Dilute with water at 1 %–5 % v/v (depending on contamination) and operate the cleaning machine at 40-55 °C (ambient possible depending on equipment). Compatible with ultrasonic agitation, high-jet spray washers or tunnel/multi-stage systems. Parts should be rinsed with filtered water and dried using filtered hot air or nitrogen. The built-in corrosion-inhibitor protects bare aluminium surfaces and embedded steel from white-rust.
